Our GFT series Travel drive Gearbox is an ideal gear for Crawler Chassis transmission, wheel drive, chain wheel drive. It is widely used in Rotary Drilling Rig track, main and auxiliary winch, Tunneller track, Crawler Crane track motor, excavator track motor, 900 T Beam Carrier wheel drive.

The structure of this track drive gearbox is very compact.  This final drive gearbox can also be used in bad environment.

Our gear is going through harden treatment, heat treatment, quenching and carburization. It is with longlife and harden surface.

Design of planetary gearbox:

The design of planetary gearbox is based on many years' experience. The dimension and output torque can be designed based on different applications. The input dimension of gearbox can be adjusted based on different model of motors.

Basically requirements:

The lifetime of planetary gearbox is decided by the working conditions.  This gearbox is used in the temperature -20°c~+90°c. The lifetime is also affected by the changement of the temperature, sea water, working torque, bad oil type, wrong operation, etc.

The selected planetary gearbox should be with higher rated output torque than the exact working torque; The rated pressure should be higher than working pressure. The working pressure for continuous working should be lower than rated pressure about 25%; The intermit working pressure mustn't be higher than norminal pressure. The selected planetary gearbox should be with higher rated speed than exact working speed;
